Virtual Hearing Waiting Rooms

WCAD is CLOSED Friday, July 10, for Staff Training

Select the link below to enter into the waiting room for Virtual Hearings on the day of your scheduled hearing and time.

To participate in a Virtual Hearing, you are required to be connected with a video camera.

If you do not have a microphone for your computer, you may use your phone to dial-in to the meeting audio.

To dial into the meeting audio:

  1. Prepare for meeting by downloading RingCentral before your hearing:
    https://www.ringcentral.com/download

  2. Connect to the meeting from your device using the Check In form below.
    https://www.wcad.org/virtual-hearings/

  3. When prompted to choose an audio option, click the Phone Call tab, and dial into the meeting using this phone number:
    ☎️ 650-419-1505

  4. You will be prompted to enter the Meeting ID and your Participant ID before your audio will connect to the meeting:

If you are an agent:

  1. Please call customer service: ☎️ 512-930-3787 – Provide your name, email, and which department you are working accounts with. An appraiser will reach out to you directly.
