Larry Gaddes served in the property tax profession nine years before taking office as the Williamson County Tax Assessor/Collector in January of 2017. Larry is a registered Professional County Assessor-Collector (PCAC) and is one of only nine in the State of Texas that has earned the designation of Certified Tax Administrator (CTA). As a member of Tax Assessor/Collectors Association and Texas Association of Assessing Officers, Larry has served the TAAO Capital Chapter as trustee, Vice President, and President and is a certified instructor for TACA.
He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Management from Texas State University-San Marcos where he also serves on the Board of Directors of the Texas State Alumni Association. Go Bobcats! Before entering the property tax profession, Larry served 20 years in leadership roles throughout Central Texas with HEB.
Larry enjoys living in Round Rock, TX with his beautiful wife Heather, two handsome boys, Parker and Peyton, and their dachshund, Rudy.
