Minutes of December 3, 2020

Charles Chadwell, Chairman, called the regular meeting of the Williamson Central Appraisal District Board of Directors to order Thursday, December 3, 2020 at 9:16 AM. Board members present Charles Chadwell, Harry Gibbs, Rufus Honeycutt, and Jon Lux. Quorum declared. Donald Hisle arrived at 9:24 AM and Larry Gaddes was absent.

This meeting was conducted via a RingCentral video conference.

There were no public comments.

Selection of Board Member to Fill Vacancy / Chief Appraiser Evaluation & Compensation Process

Executive Session began at 9:17 AM and ended at 9:23 AM.

Consideration and possible action on items discussed in Executive Session

Selection of Board Member to Fill Vacancy

Honeycutt made a motion to elect Lora Weber to fill the vacancy on the Williamson Central Appraisal District Board of Directors. Gibbs seconded. The motion carried unanimously.

Chief Appraiser Evaluation & Compensation Process

Chadwell mentioned that this item was included as follow up to discussion from the Board’s previous meeting. It was indicated that no action would be taken yet, and that Lux and Honeycutt were working on the details. The evaluation process will be more detailed for the 2021 cycle. Honeycutt and Lux indicated that they would meet sometime in January to discuss further.

No motion was made.

The meeting adjourned at 9:30 AM.

The Board’s next meeting is planned to be in-person and is scheduled for Thursday, January 14, 2021 at 9:00 AM.
