The International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) has developed and implemented a program of professional designations intended to heighten the professional expertise of assessment personnel through additional education. Some objectives of these programs include; raising the standards of the profession and gaining recognition as qualified, objective, unbiased appraisers for ad-valorem tax purposes. The Williamson Central Appraisal District is proud to announce that its Chief Appraiser, Alvin Lankford, has earned an IAAO designation of Certified Assessment Evaluator.
Here at The Williamson Central Appraisal District, we strive to provide you with knowledgeable service. Our office will be closed for the Independence Day holiday Monday, July 4th. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes you, but we will be back open and ready to assist you at 8 AM on Tuesday, July 5th.
